Phytosterol Complex in GHR 15:
Phytosterols are dietary plant sterols that have been shown to
help reduce cholesterol levels by reducing the absorption of cholesterol.
A study done on natural phytosterol in corn oil demonstrated a
38% lower cholesterol absorption for corn oil that did not have
its Phytosterol removed.
Other than these 2, the others aren't worth
much to speak of. Now let's consider GHR 15's mix of amino acids:
L-Glutamine: This is the most
abundant amino acid in your body. We have a full review
on L-Glutamine here. In relation to human growth hormone,
a study done by the Louisiana State University administered oral
Glutamine to 9 individuals to determine the effects on growth
hormones. The study demonstrated after 90 minutes of ingesting
the Glutamine, the subjects had elevated concentration of plasma
growth hormones.
L-Arginine: Supplementing L-Arginine
can improve immune system, reduce fat, increase wound healing,
among many other benefits. What's most interesting is that L-Arginine
appears to also help stimulate secretion of HGH.
L-Lysine: Lysine is another
amino acid. Although not potent like Glutamine of Arginine, it
has been shown to help boost the power of L-Arginine, and evidence
suggest Lysine with Arginine may increase thymic hormone secretions,
somewhat reversing the aging effects on your immune system.
L-Glycine: Various studies
have found Glycine helps increase HGH levels. One study showed
that 30 grams of Glycine raised HGH levels 10 times in patients
who had gastric surgery.
GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid):
GABA is a synthetic compound designed to lower fat levels and
increase lean muscle tissues by stimulating the brain to secrete
more human growth hormone. Studies have shown GABA to be effective
stimulating the secretion of HGH, and has been clinically proven
to help the pituitary gland secret HGH. I have a full article
talking about GABA
supplements, benefits, research, and side effects here.
Let's Review GHR15 In An Understandable Language
Ok, with all that mumble jumble out of the way,
let's try to see and understand what all that scientific information
means. As consumers, all we really care about is will GHR15 work
for me?
At first glance at the ingredients,
I have to say GHR 15 looks pretty good. I mean, the
Ginseng, the Glutamine, Arginine, etc. sounds pretty
useful, and in fact, they have been proven to be effective.
But consider this: most of the studies done
on the amino acids and ingredients were using excessive amounts.
For example, the Glycine study mentioned above used 30 grams.
Each portion of GHR15 taken has minimal amounts of the ingredients
- take a look:
L Glutamine, 100 mg (1 gram = 1000mg)
L Arginine, 100 mg
L Pyroglutamate, 100 mg
L Glycine, 300 mg
L Lysine, 200 mg
L Tyrosine, 200 mg
GABA, 100 mg
You're unlikely to see the overtly positive
effects documented by the studies in any meaningful way.
All in all, GHR15 is a decent product, and has
received many positive user reviews, but understand that it's
not the 'miracle drug' or 'fountain of youth' that's going to
"REVERSE" your aging - you just might be setting yourself
up for disappointment. However, GHR15 does have its benefits considering
the ingredients and results others have experienced.
The manufacturer recommends taking GHR 15 continually
for at least 3 months to see optimal results. It's fully up to
you for how much you want to start off with. I recommend you purchase
GHR15 online, and with the 3 bottle GHR15 product special, you
can save over 45% off of retail price. Can't beat that. ;-)
